Spacious double bedroom in a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom maisonette in Earlsfield.

The flat features a large and cosy living room perfect for some downtime. There is also a study which you can use for work, although I will need this room on Fridays (the only day I'm WFH). There is a desk in the spare room as well so there is also the option to work there if you prefer!

The flat has a south-facing garden and BBQ perfect for relaxing in when the weather allows! And there's also a balcony too so you're spoilt for choice really!

The kitchen is a great spacing for cooking and has:
- Air fryer
- Slow cooker
- Dishwasher
- Fridge/freezer
- Pots, pans, crockery and all the other usual stuff, which I'm more than happy to share

The flat is a 5/10 min walk to Earlsfield station which can get you into Waterloo in a 10/15 min journey and the train also stops at Clapham Junction/Vauxhall which has good connections. It's also a 15/20 min walk from Southfields if you need to use the District line.

A bit about me...
I'm a professional working male who is very easy going and open to all sorts of personalities. I love to play lots of tennis/padel in my free time and always down for a game if you want one (but no pressure to!) I also like to cook (although I'm no Chef Ramsey) and like to try new restaurants/bars or go to the cinema or the local pub. With all that said, a cosy night in watching some crap TV never goes amiss either! Would be great to find someone who has similar interests but I'll also respect your privacy too. I keep the place clean and tidy but I'm fairly relaxed about this and do it out of joy (weird I know!)
