I am moving out of my lovely double room, a minute's walk from Earlsfield high street, to relocate for work.

Monthly rent is £870 with all bills included and a weekly cleaner, which is a steal for the local area. Parking permits for a space (off-street dedicated parking) can be arranged through the council.

The room comes furnished with a new double-bed frame and mattress, and a bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There's plenty of space for a large desk with a chair. There's also an additional built-in cupboard.

For all things practical, there's a washing machine, ironing board and a new boiler (the heating is very good so mould is not a concern!). There are also a few launderettes and dry cleaners on the high street.

You'll be sharing with four other flatmates; everyone has their own life and routine, and equally happy to have a chat and catch-up too.

The surrounding area is lovely with coffee shops, pubs and supermarkets. Sports options include nearby gyms, running routes up to the Thames, tennis and padel courts in the park, and a pilates studio a 5-minute walk away.

The walk to Earlsfield train station is just a 7-min walk away with a direct line to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo. Southfields tube station is 15 minutes away for the District line.

Please note that by the landlord's request this room is available only for professionals/office-based workers (don't worry, WFH is absolutely fine) or master's/PhD students who are also in professional employment or have university stipends.
