Looking for a friendly and easy going professional to share this lovely flat!

I'm looking for someone who will be respectful, clean, who knows how to share and is looking for a new home.
The flat is very nice, clean and tidy, private terrace which you can enjoy sunny days (not now as we’re heading to winter).

The room available is bright and big. It comes fully furnished with double bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawer, so you will have plenty of space for storage.

The living room is cozy and bright with big windows, good size kitchen and bathroom, so these are the areas we will be sharing! There are lots of natural light!

ABOUT ME:
You will be sharing with me, I'm friendly and sociable. Working full time in a dental practice as a Practice Manager. I go to the gym and yoga, trying to join Pilates classes sometimes!

In my spare time I love going out with my friends, share a few glasses of wine and a good laugh. Love travelling and always try to find a way to enjoy the sunshine like all Brazilians do!

I don’t work from home, so ideally I’d love to share with someone with a similar routine. Hybrid working (up to 2 days a week from home) is absolutely fine! 😊

Utility bills are not included and the right flatmate will just need to complete agency referencing and receive the landlords’ approval before moving in.

Cleaner will be coming fortnightly and will be paid separately.

ABOUT THE AREA:
Southside Shopping Centre, large Sainsbury's are just 3 minutes away and a range of cafes, restaurants and gyms. It's definitely a great location for shopping, leisure, green spaces and travel.
Its location is very safe and quiet.

TRANSPORT:
The flat has excellent transport links.
3 min from a bus stop, 7 min walk from Wandsworth Town Station and 17 min walk to Clapham Junction Station, also 10 min distance from the river Thames!
Wandsworth Town train station has direct trains into Waterloo (15 mins journey time) and easy access to Victoria.

VIEWING:
The room is available to move in on 17th October so I would say it's worth coming for a viewing!
