We have a lovely double room available in our home as sadly our flatmate is moving out.

The House:
3 bed Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Earlsfield. It's a 7 mins walk from Earlsfield station (12 mins overland to Waterloo) and all Garratt Lane amenities i. e. lovely local pubs, restaurants, cafes and random little shops or more mainstream Tesco and Sainsburys Locals.

The room: - Lovely double room with ensuite shower/bathroom. The room comes furnished with a double bed, 1 x side table, wardrobe & large chest of draws, plant/book stand & the desk is available to purchase if you want it (as it’s our flatmate’s who won’t be taking it with her as she is moving abroad).

You'd be shring with two others, our cats & our dog (beagle mix).

Kitchen/dinner:- large family sized, fully equipped kitchen, with all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and plenty of work space. Dinning table and chairs.

Sitting room: Sitting room, big comfy sofa, TV, chairs, DVD, Sky T. V. & internet.

Patio garden, which is a sun trap.

Rent:- £925pcm (including council tax & water rates) for a single person, or £1,200 for a couple, or £850pcm for Mon-Fri let for a single person. All other utilities are extra, including cleaner (circa for all bills was £100pcm pp averaged over the year before electricity price rises!) not sure what they will be now, but I would estimate circa £200pcm averaged over the year).

We want to live with someone (male or female/couple) that has a social life but also, when home, likes spending time with their flatmates and a glass or wine/beer or two, is fun, laid back and easy going, and is also clean and tidy! Also, any new flatmates must like/love animals (cats in particular) as we have a number of gorgeous cats, who really are no bother at all & will leave you alone unless you want their company! The dog is also gorgeous, super cuddly & doesn’t bark much (only when he wants our pizza!!)

No preference if a smoker or not, but no-one smokes in the house (this is non-negotiable) only in the garden. The room is available from 13th April. Please do get in contact if you're interested. We'd love to meet you.
