The flat is in a new build complex, so it's modern and in great condition. You'll have your own private room and bathroom. The room has 2 single beds (you could buy a converter to make them into a double), a couch, a big desk and lots of cupboard space. It also has a lovely view and gets lots of light.

The kitchen and lounge are shared and furnished and the kitchen has all the appliances you'll need.

Earlsfield station is a 5 min walk and goes straight to Waterloo.

I live here with my dog, so you'll need to like dogs! She's very sweet and doesn't make much noise. She gets a bit excited meeting new people but calms down once she knows you. 5 stars for cuddles.

Rent is £1,250 pcm, all bills included.

Available from 30 October. Ideally I'm looking for someone who works in the office most of the week and wants a shorter let (under 6 months) but I'm flexible!
