I have moved out of my room and as a result there is a room available in this flat in Earlsfield. A little about the flat mates, they are 2 guys and 1 girl. All working professionals aged 24-30

I are looking for someone to replace myself as I have now left the flat. The flat is located 5 minutes walk from Earlsfield train station, 12 minutes walk from Southfields tube station and there is also a bus stop right out front that takes you to Putney or Waterloo & Victoria. Ther eis a south facing balcony (which is actually a fire escape). There is an absolutely enormous living space and a pool table too. Lastly, the council tax is mega cheap!


Rent is £792.50 not including bills. These are roughly £100 per month. Deposit is £995. So you are paying £890ish per month for a room in Earslfield.
