We have a large room opening up in our house share starting 1 July. It’s a 5 man flat in Southfields (all girls and unfortunately no couples allowed). We are all around 25-30 years old and working professionals. The flat is directly across from the station so super convenient (district line) and close to Wimbledon Park.

The rent is £1250 including all bills (WiFi, Netflix and a cleaner once a week). The room comes with the bed, cupboard and big chest of drawers.
