Hi there!

We've got a lovely double room available with flexible moving dates between July to September. The room comes with fantastic views (and amazing sunsets), direct balcony access and a spare bathroom which is shared, but because there are two bathrooms, would be mostly yours to use (hence advertised as en suite). There is a good sized kitchen area which is fully equipped. There is also great bicycle storage on the same floor if needed, and a large car park although you'd buy a pass if you required that (£115 p/m). Whilst the ad says no shared living room, we are happy with occasional socialising but keen to maintain a balance for ourselves - the room is under priced for this building to reflect that.

Included in the room currently is a nice large standing desk and chair (which can be removed if you need), large wardrobe, plus queen sized bed. We have plenty of plants as well you'll notice, of which you are welcome to have some in the room! Our kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, tumble dryer etc plus a little breakfast bar.

The flat comes with our two quirky, wobbly indoor cats who are mostly very friendly! (google wobbly cats, you'll see why they are entertaining)

We are both working professionals. myself within in the Civil Service, and Rey working for a Charitable Trust. Rey works at home mostly, and I (James) spend at least 3-4 days a week in the office. Others would say we are a friendly couple (together for over 8 years) who make people feel welcome. We have house shared before plenty and very much treat the flat as a home, not just somewhere to live - i. e. clean, tidy, care about improving it etc (done lots already!).

You will ideally be someone who more often than not works from the office than at home. You'll also be clean, friendly, likes cats and are okay with living with a couple. You'd be a considerate person who cares about looking after the space you share including good cleanliness standards.

Locally there is tonnes to do in the area, and grows by the week! We're attached to the far end of a shopping centre that has everything you could ever need, shops, supermarket, gyms, tennis courts, entertainment. But we're also far enough away from that part of the shopping centre that you also have plenty of peace and quiet here too (again with the amazing green views). Not too far from Southfields/Putney tubes (20 min walk), or Wandsworth Town overground (10 min walk, and only 10 mins into Waterloo thereafter). Lots of cycle routes, green spaces, close to the river and even Richmond Park is pretty easy to get to from here as well.
