Living in the house is a very kind, friendly, open-minded, creative and welcoming family of three (mum and two daughters aged 17 and 11, plus cute mini labradoodle) who are seeking a friendly, likeminded and considerate lodger to share their home with, who will have their own room and access to all shared facilities including lovely open plan kitchen diner with lots of natural light, two additional reception rooms and pretty back garden.

AVAILABLE ROOM - "AMELIE"
This is a lovely double room on the 1st floor of the house and overlooking the rear garden. The room features:

- double bed
- bedside table
- Small shower off the room
- Separate washbasin & vanity unit in the room
- Chest of drawers

(TV can be provided if required)

Shared used of 2 further bathrooms (with toilets), one of which is only a few steps away from the room.
