This is a double room with a king sized bed in a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The house is less than a 5 minute walk from Earlsfield station which takes you to Clapham Junction / Vauxhall in less than 10 minutes. I'm now moving in with some of my girls so now need someone to take my place. This is a very social house and we all get along very well. We enjoy watching TV or going to the pub together.

Earlsfield is a great area, I have always felt safe living here. There is a great pub a 2 minute walk from the house and there is also a Tesco Express and a medium sized Sainsbury's just as close. We also have a shopping centre called Southside Shopping centre which is only a 15 min walk away.

The room comes with all furniture shown. So if you WFH you're able to fit that in the room.

The gas and electric are separate from the room cost but everything else in included.

We also have a big outside space which is a great sun trap.
