I’ve lived in Earlsfield for 3 years and love the area, my friend was living here part time before moving abroad and it would be great to have someone else in the flat. As I have the double room I am happy to pay majority of the rent hence the cheaper price of the room, would be ideal for someone that commutes/wants a base in London or is happy with a smaller and cheaper room. Ideally similar age/someone that doesn’t mind a cuppa and a catch up/watching some rubbish tv every now and again but also if you like to keep to yourself that’s fine too.
