I am looking for a female flatmate to share an apartment with me in Wandsworth.

The Room and the Flat

The room is located on the 6th floor of a modern building offering stunning views of the London panorama. Available for long-term rent from the end of July 2024, the room features a double bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and several large wardrobes and full-length windows with a beautiful view of the Thames River.

The entire flat is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The modern kitchen includes new appliances such as an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is connected to a lovely dining area featuring a wooden table, a spacious lounge, and a Smart TV. There is also a separate utility room with a modern laundry machine, a storage room and a big coat wardrobe. The apartment boasts a lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing on sunny days.
