The location is brilliant — around 7 minutes’ walk to Wandsworth Town station, 12–13 minutes to East Putney Underground, and just a few minutes from the Thames and Uber Boat. Wandsworth Park is practically on the doorstep.

There’s also a newly developed area just 4 minutes’ walk from the apartment, on the way towards Wandsworth Town station, with lots of new shops, cafés, studios and places to eat and spend time, so there’s plenty within easy walking distance.

There is a gym and swimming pool in the building alongside another gym in a building close by that are available for residents only at a yearly rate of £600.

You’ll be sharing with a lovely Ukrainian couple who are both working professionals. They’re polite, friendly and respectful, and the apartment has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
