I’m heading off travelling, and my other flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so we’re looking for two lovely people to fill our spots!

Room 1 is available from the end of October
Room 2 is available from October 3rd

You’d be living with an Irish gal (26). We would love someone who’s sociable but also happy doing their own thing.

Including bills both rooms come to:
Room 1 - £1,100 a month
Room 2 - £950 a month

We have a lovely outside area perfect for summer drinks and bbqs. Plus a study if you work from home.

It’s a ten minute walk to Earlsfield station and not too far from Tooting Broadway.

There are loads of cute coffee shops, cafés and local spots nearby.
