We have a spacious double room coming up in our lovely Wandsworth flat! We’re looking for a couple or a single housemate to replace our wonderful Kiwi couple who are sadly leaving the UK.

The Room & Flat:
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside tables. The flat itself is bright and spacious, featuring a cozy communal living room, a large kitchen, and a massive outdoor garden space perfect for summer BBQs!

A Bit About Us:
You’ll be sharing with two girls in their late 20s. Yasmin is about to start her master's at LSE, and Abbie works at a pub in Clapham. We’re a relaxed, social household and love hanging out when we’re free, but we are also super respectful of each other’s downtime and space. We're looking for clean, friendly people (mid-20s+) who want a similar vibe!

The Details:
Rent: £1,200 pcm (excluding bills)
Bills: Approx. £80 a month per person (includes a fortnightly cleaner!)
Location: 15 minute walk to both Southfields and East Putney stations. Excellent bus links to Clapham Junction. 5 minute walk from Southside Shopping Centre
Move-in Date: 23rd July
