I have a spare room looking for a likeminded individual, Whose respectful. The room in currently unfurnished as I’ve just moved in I would be willing to furnish if that’s prefered.

I spend a large amount of my time away travelling with work so I’m looking for someone who I can trust to look after the place when I’m not there would also mean you get the place to yourself quite often.

About me - I’m 28 year old civil engineer. I love to live a healthy lifestyle, gym cycling tennis etc most sports also love food and cooking. Don’t really go out drinking very much these days happy to go for 1 or 2 too socialise but that’s it.
