I have a third bedroom which I'm happy to be used as a TV room/lounge for your own privacy.

All utility bills/WiFi are inclusive within the rent, parking is on road although plenty of space.
The room will be cleaned on a fortnightly basis unless stated otherwise.

It's £325 security deposit which will be refunded at the end of Let in the condition it was originally Let out.

I am open to both short & long term Lets, all I ask is for one month's notice when vacating & vice versa, this is to allow enough time to plan ahead.
