These areas are lived-in and welcoming, not showroom-perfect. Kick off your shoes, workboots, or wellies; draw up a chair or relax on the couch.
Off-road parking available — please park mindfully.

Weekly general cleaning is included as part of household care, although help is always appreciated.
One clothes wash per week is included, with bedding changed every two weeks. Drying is by day only, and ironing is available within reason, on request.

Use the space mindfully — I offer guidance when necessary, especially if boundaries need clarifying. This is a peaceful home, and that peace is respected.

You’re welcome to cook your own meals or join in a shared meal when offered.

I offer care and conversation when needed, and respect quiet when it’s preferred.
This isn’t a boutique retreat or a serviced rental — it’s my home, grown with care and heart.

Household amenities includes Wifi that functions well but it is rural and not suitable for streaming or remote working. There are also board games, jigsaw puzzles, books, and space for crafts or hobbies — ideal for quiet evenings and relaxed downtime. There are open rural views, lots of fresh air, and plenty of space to walk or unwind.
