We have a stunning modern ground floor flat which was refurbished not so long ago. It boasts a large kitchen area with plenty of cupboard space, electric oven with hob & family sized fridge freezer. There is a small double ottoman bed with plenty of storage underneath and luxury memory foam mattress. There's a desk/work station with IKEA swivel chair so would be useful if the tenant works from home. Superfast wifi included. We have just put a brand new IKEA double wardrobe and 2 storage units in so plenty of room for clothes & belongings. The flat is in a very quiet house close to Stockton Heath and the Town Centre. The house is strictly non smoking inside all areas including rooms but there is a covered area with bistro patio set outside with ashtray. We have automatic lighting fitted throughout the property so as soon as you enter the house or step out of your room it will come on. We have British Gas Premium Landlords cover so if there are any problems with the boiler, electrics, plumbing or drains it is sorted straight away for peace of mind. There is a professional cleaner that attends each Friday to clean the communal areas (hall, stairs & landing and the two bathrooms in the house). We have a washing machine in the hall which is free to use (not pay as you go like other rentals). Monthly rent includes bills ~ heating, water, electric, superfast wifi, council tax & weekly cleaner/window cleaner but not television licence which is up to the tenant to sort if they wish. Would suit a professional/retired person. Please note that at the start of the tenancy a £525 month in advance payment is required.
