You will have sole use of the double bedroom and bathroom in the basement of the property. Me and my adult son will also live in the property around 50% of the time. Included in the the property is a shared washing machine, dishwasher and TV. The house is less than 10 minutes walk to Altrincham and Navigation train/tram and Altrincham centre. Gas, electricity, water and broadband are not included in the rent.
