We are members of the NRLA so you can be assured that we keep up with the latest legislation and make sure our tenants safety is Number 1 priority 100%. Also we pay for Premium British Gas Landlord Cover which includes boiler cover with gas safety certificate, plumbing, electrics & drains so if anything goes they come out to fix it the following day. There's plenty of parking spaces on Priory Street and hopefully soon there will be dedicated spaces for each house which will be offered to the new tenant solely. This is for one person only.
