Great location for commute to Liverpool or Manchester via East Lancs (A580). And is very easy to get to St Helens as there is a bus stop right outside my house.

The location of the house is very pleasant and quiet. It is very peaceful where I live and I've had no trouble at all from anyone. The neighbours on my road look after one another.

I have had many tenants in and I've enjoyed their stay no matter how long.

This room is NOT ensuite.
