Ideal for a professional working away from home during the week, someone on a placement, or a regular weekday commuter looking for a comfortable base.

A freshly decorated, furnished double bedroom is available in my home in a quiet residential area of Purbrook, Waterlooville.

The room includes:

* Double bed, wardrobe and bedside table
* All bills and Wi-Fi included
* Plenty of free parking on a quiet residential road
* Access to the garden

A little about the household

I live here full-time, and my partner stays occasionally due to work commitments. I also have a friendly Jack Russell called Peggy, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs.

I’ve previously hosted a veterinary physiotherapy student on placement, a doctor training at a local hospice, and a graduate on placement.

Important – weekday accommodation only

The room is available for up to four nights per week (Monday to Thursday, departing Friday). I’m also happy to discuss arrangements for people who only need two or three nights per week.

This is not a seven-day let. I use the room myself outside the agreed days, including weekends, so it won’t suit someone looking for a permanent, full-time room.

£130 per week, bills included.
