I am a 42-year-old male with my own small gardening business, serving clients across South East Hampshire.
Having purchased a brand new 3-bedroomed town house in late 2023, one mile from Waterlooville town centre, I have a double room available for medium or long-term let from 24 May, with its own adjacent bathroom. Viewing available now.
It is not intended to let the other bedroom on that floor ( there are 3 floors ) which is currently used as a store-room, but intended to become a study.
I have two off-road parking spaces at the rear of the property; one of which remains available.
I am looking for a sociable, single, straight male or female housemate, 28-45, who is in full-time employment, and prepared to share general household chores ( I’ll manage the garden!) .
I have said "No" to 'Smoking' above, although I am an occasional smoker myself; However, I do not smoke in the house, and would expect any housemate , if a smoker, to likewise only smoke outside.
I can only conveniently respond to enquiries in the evenings after, say 6:00 or 6:30pm.
