We have a single room to rent in this beautiful (3 bedrooms,1 bathroom ) semi-detached home with driveway parking with space for up two cars, and a large open garden in South Oxhey.

A 10 minute walk to the local shops as well as a post office, taxi bank and train station ( Carpenters Park on the over ground line).
A 10-15 min drive to Watford town centre and also close to Northwood with easier links to the underground. There is a bus stop a short walk (2-3 min) from the house that leads towards both to Watford and Northwood. The room comes fully furnished with a high single bed with wardrobes and lots of storage space. There is wireless broadband in the home as well as sky television on a smart tv in the living room for everyone’s enjoyment. We have two beautiful dogs. 1 imperial Shih tzu and a Leonberger, both dogs well behaved and love to get cuddles and back rubs.
Viewings and questions are welcome, currently in the home are two females(mum and daughter) and a two month baby boy. We are a very easy going, once you move in, it’s your home.
