I’m renting out the second double ensuite bedroom in my brand new flat. The room is spacious, fully furnished, and includes a king-size bed. The flat has a beautiful view and everything is in excellent, nearly new condition.

Location:
The flat is in a fantastic spot. 1 minute from the town centre, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops. We’re also within a 6-minute walk to Watford Junction, giving you fast access to London. It’s about 20 minutes to London Euston, making commuting very convenient.

The room is available for a short-term let of 1–3 months, but I’m open to considering a longer-term arrangement for the right person.

I’m very quiet, considerate, and super clean. I keep the flat tidy to a high standard and would like someone who respects the space in the same way. I enjoy cooking and appreciate a calm, friendly environment at home.
