I have a comfortable, fully furnished double room available in the house I rent. It's in a nice road with hail and ride buses available a few minutes walk from the house. Buses go to Abbey Wood within around 10mins which has the Elizabeth Line, Thameslink and SouthEastern trains or Bexleyheath station. Both Welling high street and Bexleyheath shopping centre are nearby. Female wanted. There is a cosy living room, a small dining room plus garden and 2 full size fridge/fridges to share along with one shower room / toilet in the house. I have a very sweet and friendly indoor cat who is soley my responsibilty but he will gratefully accept many cuddles if offerered £900 pcm including bills.
