The kitchen space is fully equipped and includes everything you might reasonably need and includes: 2 Hobs and 2 Ovens, Microwave and American Style fridge-freezers. There is also a washing machine. The kitchen comes fully finished with cutlery, plates, pots and pans for your use.

The spacious rooms come complete fully furnished with large wardrobes and plenty of storage (incl a table and chairs in every room as well as a private counter top fridge.

THE LOCATION 📍
The property is very close to Wellingborough with the town centre only a short walk away! It would be hard to get much closer. Rushden Lakes is also close by where you can shop till your heart's content and go for a nice stroll around the lakes.

There are easy transport links to the whole of Northamptonshire with the A45 close by.

The holding deposit for all the rooms is £150. This is the commitment we ask of you to take the room off the market, to ensure you get the room you want and start the process of referencing. The holding deposit forms part of the actual deposit of £250 due if you pass referencing.

All our housemates have to be referenced, it is how we make sure we get the right people in the house. This is done all remotely and online. It is quick and simple and usually takes 3-5 working days but is often quicker. We won't be able to move you in before this is done.
