Large double room for rent in a freshly renovated house. Currently one lady living 36 years old. I am live in landlord who is only present two weeks a month. When i stay i take my kids with me they are two boys 4 and 5 years old. House is very tidy. Cleaner comes once a month to clean comunal areas, also can clean your room if you preffer free of charge. Garden patio and parking can be used. Looking for clean respectful person. Non smoker and non drinking. No parties and no sleepovers. Cash paymets please.
