Single furnished room available in a quiet and friendly home, close to Wellingborough town centre and Morrisons. Rent is £400 per calendar month, with bills and Wi-Fi included. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. Parking and garden are also available.

I live in the house and my son stays with me occasionally, around two days a week. I am looking for a clean, respectful and considerate person who will enjoy a peaceful home environment.

The room is available immediately. References are required. Smoking is allowed in the kitchen only. No additional pets, as I already have a cat. Council Tax Band A.
