Hello spareroom searcher, your doomscrolling has come to a wonderful end! Tired of HMO's? Letting agents and live-out landlords getting you down? Need a place to unwind after work without having to share the remote or wait to make a coffee? We have just the thing.

Large double bedroom/Studio-type room (approx 30ft by 9ft) in large House.
Your room comprises of bedroom area with a lounge space and kitchenette and full-sized shower room with full size basin, toilet and window. Lets get stuck in.

First, the bedroom end. There is a double bed with an actually clean mattress that hasn't held more people than london bridge, brand new tall drawer unit with a bedside lamp (oo, cozy) and some storage along with a clothes rail for your going out-out outfits and weekend wear.

You get home from working hard, you wanna put your feet up and let the stress melt away - easy to do on a 3 seater chaise sofa (its all yours to sprawl out on while you're here, we won't come in and make you scooch over) with your coffee cup on the small coffee table, a big fat radiator for when its chilly (it is England afterall) and the tv on the wall. There's some storage in the chaise too 🤫 Only a short walk (or crawl when you're super tired) to bed too.

To the other end, where the kitchenette is ready for you to cook up 🍳something saucy and sit to scran at the breakfast bar. Oven and hob with extractor, full size fridge-Freezer - all there to cover your cooking needs and food and drink storage. You've got ample cupboard space to yourself too!(we've provided some basic crockery and utensils but you can use your own if you prefer. There's even a sink and draining board to wash all your fancy cups and plates in.) A decent washing machine & line space mean you can stay looking fresh and clean without waiting for someone elses cycle to finish while you stand there panicking about being late, in your bath towel or undercrackers.

The room and ensuite have blackout blinds fitted and dark curtains to the bed area for a better sleep 🛌🌙 and sweet dreams or just to shut the world out while you wind down. We don't play jungle or happy hardcore at 4am - no banging on the ceiling with a broom or begging that mad lad upstairs to turn it down for you! Plenty of ways to ventilate the property and let the summer air in too. Your ability to breathe is important to us 😌.

Privacy and enough room to have your own space when you want/need it. A polite hello and a warm smile when we meet. A landlord that isn't 1432 miles away if you have a question. Fast broadband internet that doesn't take 6 years to load your socials. Use of the courtyard is included aswell and your own table and chairs just outside your room to soak up the sun and enjoy an icecream. All your bills are included (reasonable usage applies, for reasonable reasons) so its a perfect stepping stone on your way to getting your own place or a place to take the weight off while you work nearby. We'd consider shorter term lets too, with a minimum of a month.
