The room is very spacious, bright, and comes with its own private, modern shower room (en-suite), ensuring total privacy and comfort. The room is partly furnished, giving you the flexibility to make it your own. If necessary, you can change the arrangement of the furniture, there is a double bed with a comfortable mattress, but I also have a single bed that can be folded out into a double bed.
Quiet location, close to train station, bus stop, Netflix works in the living room and Disney Plus. As it is a 3 bedroom and I live alone, I am renting the luxury of space and peace, two people in such a house means a lot of space and freedom.

This is a quiet, clean, and respectful home. I am a live-in landlord (working professional), looking for a reliable, clean, and quiet single person.

Please note: The living room and garden are part of the landlord's private zone. However, I am happy to offer occasional shared access to these spaces when I am at work, not training, or not using them for my own private matters. As I work a lot, the living room will be available often, I'm not the type of person who causes problems, the door will be open so the garden is at your complete disposal, there is also a dining table in the living room

The kitchen is fully available for cooking. Meals can be enjoyed in your private room or in the shared spaces by arrangement.

Strictly no smoking inside the house, no pets, and no overnight guests.

Requirements:

Rent: £760 per month (All bills included).

Deposit: £600.

References, proof of employment (payslips), and ID check/Right to Rent required.
