Hello! 👋🏼
Please read the description thoroughly and study the photos as i have tried my best to highlight everything properly.
Lovely room(s) available in my comfortable terrace in the semi - rural Northamptonshire countryside.
😀
£800 per calendar month for the very large (huge) double bedroom.
Or £700 for the smaller (but still) double.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED EXCEPT FOOD!
Single people preferred (it's not a very big house), but depending on the circumstances i'm open to sharing with a couple.
In absolutely no rush, as finding the right person is the most important thing.
Please feel free to send a message and we can discuss options.

Lovely, peaceful and well maintained mid-terraced cottage in a semi-rural and very quiet village in Northamptonshire, equidistant from Wellingborough and Olney (North/South) & Northampton and
Bedford (East/West).
i'm looking for honest and trustworthy housemate who's calm and has a decent sense of humour..
Couldn't care less about your gender, race, creed, sexuality or politics..
As long as you're not a wally we'll get along just fine!
😃
You will practically have the place to yourself while i'm away for work/travelling.
Prefer tidy folks as my place is always spotless.

2 bedroom - 1 bathroom Victorian terrace on the edge of Bozeat near Olney..
This is a 150 year old property so is certainly NOT a new build, but it has all the amenities you might need.
The house is located towards the end - last terrace but one - of a Cul-de-sac so very little passing traffic.
Very peaceful and quiet.
(Hearing the church bells peeling on a Sunday morning is delightful!)
AND YET:
Only a 9 minute drive north to
Wellingborough Railway station which has:
43 minute direct train service directly to St. Pancras International Station London &
27 minutes direct train service to London Luton Airport Parkway station.
As well as Wellingborough having all the amenities of a big town you could ask for such as Cinemas, Pubs, Clubs, Restaurants, Supermarkets, pretty much everything you could need!
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&
Barely a 5 minute walk into Bozeat village where you will find a shop (with Post Office counter), a really good pub (The Red Lion) and a curry takeaway called Okra.
Make sure to say hello to the local cows and horses en route!
They're stinky but delightful!
:-)
PLUS:
Only 3 minute drive South to late night petrol Station which has a Greggs and a Londis (with off-licence) attached.
Only 7 minutes drive South to the gorgeous Georgian Market Town of Olney, and all it's amenities!
Only 16 minutes drive to Bedford and 16 minute drive to Northampton!
19 minutes drive into Milton Keynes Centre!
45 minutes drive directly to London Luton Airport!
85 minute drive into CENTRAL LONDON!
etc.

The house is traditional and yet has all modern conveniences->
FTTP (fibre to the property) asynchronous near-gigabit internet (900mbit up 900mbit down)
Downstairs are a large open-plan living/dining room with chairs, sofas, dining table with chairs, working open fireplace & 55 inch 4k Tv.
Oh, and my books.
Fully fitted kitchen with induction hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, blender, dishwasher and microwave.
i like cooking, especially for others, and while i'm no Jamie Oliver, i'm not too bad.
South facing fully enclosed, paved and fenced garden for use of housemates.
The prospective housemate will have the choice of two bedrooms:
The main bedroom (£800pcm) is very large and has a Super-King size sleigh bed with an extremely comfortable Hypnos mattress (if you know you know) provided.
There is also a nice 55 inch tv wall mounted with a firestick provided.
This bedroom is easily large enough for a computer desk/chair for working and a set of drawers, wardrobe and probably even a small sofa to make it almost self contained living space.
This room faces the front of the house.
The smaller double bedroom (£700pcm) has a very comfortable and stylish double bed with Vi-Spring (again, if you know you know) mattress with side tables and a set of huge drawers.
There is a wall mounted 4k TV and a firestick for the use of the housemate.
This room faces the rear of the house, overlooking the garden, with views to the church in the village.
A (shared) bathroom with shower above a full sized bath with glass shower screen, toilet and sink - and airing cupboard which contains the Ideal Combi Boiler.
There's parking on the street (i park my one vehicle on the street outside the house) so unless you drive a bus you'll have space for a vehicle, and there are spaces available <30seconds walk away at the bottom of the street.
Furthermore, there's possibly the option of paying a (lovely) neighbour to rent a space on their drive directly opposite my house.
i will, of course, help arrange this by making the introductions but is nothing to do with me financially and is not part of our agreement.
It is just good to know if, for example, you have a work van and keep your tools in it overnight and want it off road that it is a possible option..
:-)

NO smoking indoors!
But if you do smoke, and as long as you do it outdoors, and considerately (so as to not bother my neighbours), and put your butts in an ashtray - then that's fine with me..
Kindness and consideration are the things i am looking for most in my housemates (alongside paying the rent on time each month, obviously:)
Approximately one months rent deposit possibly required, but references aren't a absolute deal-breaker for me either, as i will be choosing very carefully (as i'm sure will you).
Please feel free to get in touch with any questions you might have.
Best of luck in your search.
THANKS
