Looking for a single professional to join a quiet all graduate house: an English IT consultant, and a Nigerian energy consultant . I’m retired so I’m looking for company. The outgoing lodger was with me for over 15 years but he’s now married and bought his own flat locally. Also I have an aging cat and I would hope that the new tenant would occasionally feed him so that I can go away for a few days.

The house is a 1930's detached house with all amenities (1Gb broadband, washing machine/dishwasher etc). TV with all major channels. Would suit someone quiet (not a party house).. Great for WFH.
