Ideal move in date 28 April, but can be flexible. The reason I’m advertising is bc my roommate is moving out to be closer to her work!

- 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a large living room/kitchen, and a balcony facing the courtyard.

- In Wembley Park, it always says on big banners around it’s one of the best places to live …
- Tesco and a gym right next to the apartment entrance. Also Sainsbury’s local and LIDL very nearby
- Spacious kitchen, and big rooms. The apartment is actually very nice idk if the pics do it justice
- 10 minute walk to Wembley Park station. Metropolitan line is super convenient to get into central. Jubilee line is on the Night Tube. very nice tube lines (I’m a snob) compared to some others… Also very close to Wembley Stadium - the National Rail stop, and Wembley Central (Bakerloo and Lioness) if needed. and very frequent bus connections ofc
- Comes with furniture, double bed wardrobes, chest of drawers, vacuum, TV, microwave, vacuum, washing machine + dryer, dishwasher etc.
- Super quiet - no road noise.
- top floor - 4th floor
- No gas, and the apartment is naturally warm - so there’s no need for heating.
- Council tax band D. EE broadband. Bills less than £150 usually
Requirements for roommate:
- female!
- Clean and tidy! Very important
- NO smoking or pets. These are not permitted on the lease.
- I work with lots of older people and so it would be nice to have someone around my age 😭 (I’m 19) so this is why I said up to 28
