Our flat is on the 13th floor, it has a big balcony with the view straight onto the Wembley stadium. We get plenty of natural sunlight and have a wide open plan kitchen. The flat also has a new washing machine and dishwasher.

You will get an en-suite furnished bedroom (Note: the picture and video showing the room is exactly the one we are offering, where you get built-in wardrobe, separate spacious bathroom, bed and window onto the Wembley stadium).

Canada gardens also has a beautiful access to the rooftop, with a 360 degree view, including indoor and outdoor areas, perfect for social gatherings as well as coworking spaces (usually it is fairly quiet and empty). There are other common spaces for these purposes with barbecue facilities as well. The building also offers a gym.

It would cost £1300 per month (which also includes all utilities such as internet, gym, coworking and social spaces, rooftop access, bike storage).

We live less than 7 minutes walk away from Wembley Park underground station, serviced by the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines.

We are preferably looking for a student or a professional to move in with us from 1st May 2024. The building is smoke free, and due to the contract, we can’t welcome couples.
