I’m looking to sublet my room in a lovely 3-bedroom flat at Boston House, which is part of the Vonder, Wembley Park development. It’s genuinely one of the nicest places to live in the area with amazing facilities and a great community.

The flat is on the 10th floor, so it has a beautiful open view and you can often see rainbows after the rain, which is a really nice bonus. The apartment itself is very spacious, modern, and fully furnished, with a TV and all the essential amenities already included.

You’ll also have access to the building’s fantastic shared facilities, including:

- 3 mins walk from Wembley Park Station
- Fully equipped gym

- Games / social areas
- Multiple resident lounges and workspaces

Location is super convenient. Everything you need is just a short walk away.
