We are two working professionals who enjoy quiet evenings and relaxed weekends. The double bedroom house is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood on Chamberlayne Avenue, Preston Road — just 10 minutes from the Met line and 15 minutes from the Bakerloo line and London Overground. Plenty of shops are within a 5–10 minute walk.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is very spacious and generally quite peaceful. We take turns cleaning and make sure everyone lives comfortably. We’re looking for a trustworthy and reliable person to join us — feel free to message and we can arrange a viewing.
