Hi everyone,

I need someone to take over my Bronze studio tenancy at iQ Sterling Court in Wembley Park. As this is a student accommodation, only students are allowed to stay here, so please don't contact if you're not a student.

It is a super cute little studio, with free dual occupancy available! It is super conveniently located in the heart of Wembley Park, with many amenities within walking distance including a gym, London Designer Outlet, Tesco Express and Lidl.

It is super quiet with amazing sound proofing. It contains a small kitchen and a bathroom.

Please contact me if you want to see pictures of the actual flat as I don't want to post it online. The pictures I have attached are pictures from the official iQ website and represent what a typical Bronze studio look like.
