Hi there! We have a bright double room available in our 5-bedroom home in South Kenton.

We’re looking for a fellow student to join our friendly, creative household.

Rent: £590pcm (plus approx. £70pcm for bills).

Transport: 5 min walk to South Kenton station (Bakerloo & Lioness line).

Campus: 20 min walk to University of Westminster (Harrow Campus).

Space: Shared living room (perfect for movie nights), kitchen, two bathrooms, and a garden for when the weather decides to behave! Also Northwick Park just 5 min walk away.

Housemates:

We are four students (ages 22-25) currently studying Film, Fine Art, and Animation. We’re a social bunch who love a chat in the kitchen or a shared meal, but we also totally respect each other’s privacy.
