Room for rent in top floor apartment near SANDWELL HOSPITAL. You will have your own shower/bath and toilet as I have ensuite for myself.

I work from home and will be here most of the day. So need someone who won`t cook heavily smelling curries etc in week days-but don`t mind evenings/weekends.

I enjoy socialising on weekends and going gym.

Need someone who has no partner/children/pets as they won`t be welcome.

I`m easy going but do like to keep my place clean and expect the same.

I drink alcohol and don`t mind if you smoke in smoking area downstairs.

Quiet community and gated for extra security and car park space. Please call if interested. Thanks.
