Hi all,

We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to live with us - someone who is fun, friendly and relaxed (and tidy and likes to keep things clean etc).

I moved in last summer and my current housemates (Megan and Reka) have really made the house a home. Reka is moving in with her boyfriend and so we’re looking to fill her room.

The room is at the back, overlooking the gardens, and is therefore very quiet. It has a king size bed (and is super comfortable - the mattress is a new Simba hybrid pro), and is recently redecorated. If you need anything (like a desk) then I can sort. The room is big and bright (over 4m x 4m) and the rest of the house is very spacious - will add more photos soon.

The house is in a beautiful terrace, and in a lovely area of Ealing with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (but not too close). It is a really quiet spot.

Transport:
- West Ealing Station (Elizabeth line) - 7 min walk
- Ealing Broadway (Lizzie, Central, District lines) - 13 min walk
- South Ealing (Piccadilly line) - 14 min walk
- lots of buses

Bills: around £200

I'm 33, pretty healthy and active so ideally want someone who has a similar lifestyle. I have lived and worked in London for the last 10 years and I’m into sport, enjoy seeing friends and finding new restaurants!
