Re-launching one of our existing houses we have six, yes SIX lovely rooms available. The house has 2 bathrooms and a separate downstairs WC. There is a dinning room & a separate large lounge, that walks onto the garden!
Room 5: The room is located on the first floor and overlooking front of the property. It is furnished with a nice comfy double bed which has storage underneath, a bedside table, a wardrobe with mirrored doors, two chest of 4 drawers. On top of that there is still space for you to bring a desk or put in a chair etc.
The room is priced at £770pcm excluding bills fixed at £80pcm, so a total of £850pcm for a single occupant.
The house has amazingly big rooms, two gorgeous bathrooms, and an extra WC, a cute cosy lounge with a nice long sofa and dining table, great for movie nights. There's also a good sized bright kitchen with doors on to the sunny garden.
The house is a a good 8-10 min walk from South Ealing and you have the perk of being across the road from the park, which is great in the summer. The house it's lovely and the housemates make it a home.
South Ealing underground station (Zone 3, Piccadilly line) is great for traveling to Heathrow or into the West End. Also you're very close to Lammas and Walpole park.
The lounge boasts a large flatscreen Smart TV and there is a a good wifi signal and the router is located central to the house with a booster box so that everyone can enjoy the internet at the same time.

All new applicants must be working professionals who are able to pass our vetting. We don't take any DSS and we try to avoid work from home people or those on retirement/looking for work as generally it can be very annoying if one person is always home and always just hanging around in the lounge.
