We currently are looking for a nice person to rent a spacious double room in our house.
The house is spacious with a back garden and spacious living room ( includes a fireplace). There are stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom, so you have peace when in you are in your room and the others are cooking or in the living room.

We love spending time together in the living room, to enjoy movies, talks, and speak about anything really. We love the fact that we are more than just flatmates, but friends, and this is what we are looking for in the next flatmate. We also value our time alone, and our private lives.
We do not smoke inside the house, although if you are a smoker you can do so in the back garden.

The rent is £650 and includes all bills for everything ( broadband, tv licence, gas/electricity/water, and tax bills ).
