Hello! We are looking for someone to replace our lovely flatmate who is moving out. Ideally we would like a 26+ professional to join our flat from late November / early December.

ABOUT THE FLAT
The room is a double in a 3 bed, 2.5 bath flat in a great location - Baker Street, Marylebone and Edgware road stations are all under 10 minute walk away. It is also close to Marylebone high street where there are so many lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants.

ABOUT THE FLATMATES
Brooke is 31 and works in consulting. Harry is 26 and works for the civil service. We are both in the office a minimum of 3 times a week so looking for someone with a similar work pattern.
We both tend to do our own thing during the week (seeing friends, going to the gym etc) but are happy to catch up when we are both in the flat. Hoping to find a flatmate to contribute to a clean, quiet and respectful home. We’ve had great experiences living here - the flat is lovely, in a great location and the letting agents are reasonable and good at resolving any issues.

BILLS
The room is £1,150 a month and bills come to roughly £200 per month. This includes wifi, gas, electricity, water and council tax.
