I have secured an offer for an amazing flat located in a pristine location in between Marylebone and Fitzrovia and am looking for a flatmate to share the tennancy with.
The flat is tastefully decorated, full of natural light, in perfect conditions and in the best location next to Oxford Circus, Goodge Street, TTCR, and Great Portland Street tube stops as well as a multitude of delicious restaurants.
I am looking to share the tennancy that is minimum 1 year stay and available to move in end of april. Tennancy starts 17th of April and move in date is flexible.
Room available is of nice size in 12.5 squared meters, and although the lease is for 1 year, there is the possibility of simply changing sharer name moving forward by finding a replacement.
