Due to a job opportunity abroad, I am looking for someone to take over my room in a two-bedroom flat on Seymour Street, Marylebone.
The flat is on the third floor with lift access. The room is private with en-suite bathroom and underfloor heating. The flat includes washer/dryer and all appliances. There is also a bike garage in the building.
You would be sharing with a young professional working in finance.
Rent: £3,000 per month, bills not included.
The room is available immediately. This would be a takeover of my current tenancy until September, with the option to renew directly with the landlord from September.
