This is a really nice, modern room in a newly refurbished flat, located in a prime and well-connected area. The property offers easy access to central London, with around 20 minutes by bus and just 10 minutes by tube.

The location is very convenient, with excellent transport links nearby. There are also several nice parks within walking distance, making it a great area to live.

For daily needs, Aldi and other supermarkets are just a 10-minute walk away, along with other local amenities. Overall, the area is safe, well connected, and comfortable for both students and working professionals depending upon the afforadability check which will be done by my current landlord agenacy("City Room").

I am only moving out because my best friend and I are planning to take a place together. Otherwise, I have had a very good experience living here and have not faced any issues.
