We have a great double en-suite room in a large, modern, well-kept house available for rent.

It’s a four bedroom house set out over four floors, offering good size living and dining rooms, modern kitchen, three bathrooms, a utility room with washer/dryer - and a sun-room!

Your bedroom on the top floor is a large and bright double room with ensuite. There is great storage with large built in wardrobes and a lovely feature fireplace.

The house is a 4-minute walk to Kensington Olympia (Overground), a 7-minute walk to West Kensington tube station (District), and 7-minute walk to Barons Court tube station (District and Piccadilly Line). Kensington and Hammersmith high streets are also just a short walk away. We love walking down by the river in Hammersmith or going to the beautiful Holland Park nearby. Unbeatable location in our biased opinion!

The bedroom is available since I am moving back to Ireland after 3 years in this great house! You'll be living with a great bunch - Sean, and our two resident Irish housemates, Avelina and Kate. A great gang who all enjoy spending time together.

Bills are not included in the rent, but they come to about £100-125 a month (energy, internet, water, and council tax Band G - sorry, it’s a big house!)
