Hello everyone,

I'm offering a double room in a cosy second-floor flat in a Victorian building, treated as a home with care and respect. I'm not the landlord. I live here and am looking for a new flatmate.

LOCATION

• 2 min from Shepherd's Bush and the useful Overground
• 10 min walk to Holland Park and th station, 15 min to nothing hill
• 15 min to Hammersmith and Kensington High Street

THE ROOM

• Double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, quiet side of the flat
• No bed (my previous flatmate took hers), so you'll need your own
• Rent: £1250 per month, bills not included / approx. £160 -180 in winter season in summer time much less as not using heating much.
• Deposit: £1350
• Available from: 11 November minimum stay [3 months]

THE FLAT
Lots of natural light, fast wifi, and a tidy and very clean shared bathroom, kitchen and living room shared between the two of us and asked to keep clean standards. I've furnished the shared area. It's a small flat and respectful so it suits someone mature and considerate about sharing.

ABOUT YOU
A friendly female professional aged 30 to 45, non-smoker, clean and respectful of others' space, working full-time outside the home.

ABOUT ME
I enjoy a chat or Netflix with a glass of wine 🍷 from time to time, but I also lead my own life and value my own space.

I am in a corporate sector and have an organised background, working two days at home the rest in the office.
